• Resumo:
  O Museu Marítimo EXEA é uma instituição permanente sem fins lucrativos, ao serviço da sociedade e do seu desenvolvimento, aberta ao público 24h, que através da investigação, promove a conservação, comunicação e exposição dos patrimónios material e imaterial associados à relação do ser humano com o Atlântico a partir do Extremo Oriental das Américas, tendo por finalidade a educação, o estudo e o deleite. Nesta presente nota, será apresentado, de forma breve, o que é o museu e qual a sua proposta de trabalho, abordando o histórico, sua missão, visão e valores, as alas, os projetos e as formas de contribuição.

• Abstract:
  The EXEA Maritime Museum is a permanent non-profit institution, at the service of society and its development, open to the public 24h, which, through research, promotes the conservation, communication and exposure of material and immaterial heritage associated with the relationship between humans and the Atlantic from the Far East of the Americas, with the purpose of education, study and delight. In this note, we will briefly present, what is and what is the museum’s work proposal, addressing the history, its mission, vision and values, sectors, projects and forms of contribution.
